Cancellation

You can cancel any time before you confirm the final price. After confirmation, contact the pharmacy; orders already prepared or dispatched may not be cancellable.

Returns

For safety, medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy, except if damaged, expired or incorrect at delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments (when available) are returned to the original payment method. Cash payments are refunded at the pharmacy.
